Name: Chuck Hannah
Rank: 7th Degree Black Belt Master Instructor
Year Started: 1973

Pastimes: TKD, Spending Time with Family
Bio: Master Chuck Hannah is the Association Head
Instructor and Grand Master Kang's highest ranking
student.  He was in the Marine Corps from 1961 to 1965
being stationed at Marine Barracks 8th & I in
Washington, D.C. He was also in the Marine Corps
Honor Guard. He has been training Tae Kwon Do
students at the Parkersburg Branch School for over 35
years. He also established the Sistersville branch
school which has now become the New Martinsville
branch school. He has been actively involved in the
TKD community which includes being an Assistant
Director for Grand Master Kang's Annual Tournament
in Charleston, WV as well as being the first President of
the WV TKD Won.  

Name: Rick Lykins
Rank: 6th Degree Black Belt Master Instructor

Bio: Master Rick Lykins is the Association Assistant
Head Instructor and has taught and trained along side
Master Hannah at the Parkersburg Branch School for
many years. He started Tae Kwon Do over 33 years
ago under Grand Master Sok Ho Kang.  He has been
an Assistant Director for Grand Master Kang's Annual
Tournament as well as being the first Vice President of
the WV TKD Won.  He is currently working as an
Account Manager for Advanced Specialty Contractors
in Parkersburg, WV.

Name: Randall E. Randolph
Rank: 6th Degree Black Belt Master Instructor

Pastimes: Studying the Bible, Spending Time with
Family, Tae Kwon Do, Music, Remodeling his Home
Bio: Master Randy Randolph has taught and trained in
Tae Kwon Do for over 30 years.  He started both his
sons at a very young age in TKD and they both
obtained their black belts.  His son Danny Randolph is
currently a 4th Degree Black Belt and teaches and
trains along with his father at the Parkersburg School.  
He also has two granddaughters that are both
students in the same school.  He attended DeVry
University graduating with honors receiving a
Bachelors of Science Degree in Computer Information
Systems.

Name: Mike Haught
Rank: 5th Degree Black Belt Master Instructor

Bio: Master Mike Haught has been in Tae Kwon Do for
over 30 years. He enjoys learning about Eastern
cultures, history and language. He also enjoys
traveling and has visited China several times.




Name: Rick Zickefoose
Rank: 5th Degree Black Belt Master Instructor
Bio: Master Rick Zickefoose has been involved in Tae
Kwon Do for many years and has taken on a
significant role in the Parkersburg Branch School.









Name: Dr. Benjamin C. Rush
Rank: 5th Degree Black Belt Master Instructor
Year Started: 1985
Black Belt Number: 363
Bio: Ben Rush and his father, Master Don Rush, began
TKD in 1985. Six months later his mother, Master Joyce
Rush, joined and soon his whole family was involved.  
He graduated from WV Wesleyan College in 2003 with
a dual Bachelors Degree in Biology and Chemistry.  He
later graduated from The National University of Health
Sciences, outside of Chicago, IL with a Doctorate in
Chiropractic Medicine in 2007.  He and his wife, Dr.
Laura Rush, run Bodies in Motion Chiropractic and
Wellness L.L.C. in Marietta, OH. His passions in TKD lie
in the history, tradition and the biomechanical analysis
of technique.  Through his training in biophysics,
kinetics, and anatomy/physiology, he has committed
himself to furthering his knowledge of why and how
martial artists develop power and how techniques,
when properly executed, work.  

Name: Wm. Michael Minear
Rank: 4th Degree Black Belt

Pastimes: Law Enforcement Combat Pistol Shooting,
Camping, Reading
Bio: Mike Minear was Military Police in the USAF during
Vietnam. He went to college, trained and worked in
Executive Protection, and worked security in the
Federal system under Federal Protective Service and
Dept. of Justice. He currently works as a Federal Court
Security Officer and Special Deputy U.S. Marshal. He
finds that TKD keeps his reflexes sharp and it
continues to play a role in all other aspects of his life
such as protecting his family and defending his home
and country.

Name: Debby Minear
Rank: 4th Degree Black Belt

Pastimes: Hiking, Bird & Wildlife Watching, Camping
Bio: Debby Minear started TKD at the age of 40 with
her husband Mike Minear who is also a 4th Degree
Black Belt. She enjoys the combination of exercising of
the mind and body. She also is the office administrator
for Essence of Life Ministries which is a home based
Natural Health Counseling Service.  She along with her
husband have 5 children, 13 grandchildren and one
great-grandchild.

Name: Danny Randolph
Rank: 4th Degree Black Belt

Bio: Danny Randolph is the son of Master Randy
Randolph.  Danny’s father started both him and his
brother, Steve, in Tae Kwon Do at a very young age.
Danny started when he was five years old. He has
been training and teaching Tae Kwon Do for 23 years.
He met his wife through Tae Kwon Do in 1996. She is a
third degree black belt and they both train and teach in
the same school. They were married on June 7th, 2008.
Danny is a former Marine and a Service Technician for
a local company.

Name: Jennifer Randolph
Rank: 4th Degree Black Belt

Friends, Working with Various Computer Programs

Bio: Jennifer has been training and teaching Tae Kwon
Do for over 12 years. She has competed in over 30
tournaments and has won two Women's Grand
Championships. She met her husband Danny
Randolph through Tae Kwon Do and they were
married in June of 2008. She is a cum laude graduate
of Marshall University with a Bachelor's in Marketing.
She now helps teach Tae Kwon Do with her husband
and father-in-law, Randy Randolph. She also teaches
Tae Kwon Do at West Virginia University at
Parkersburg as a credited course.

Name: Joe Fluder        
Rank: 3rd Degree Black Belt
Year Started: 2003 with Moo Duk Kwan
Black Belt Number: 653
Pastimes: Restoring and Driving 60’s Muscle Cars,
Fishing, Hiking, Camping, Outdoor Activities
Bio: Joe's martial art career began in college studying
Shodokan Karate. He obtained the rank of purple belt
by the time he graduated. Soon after beginning his
work career he began studying TKD. His instructor
was Korean and the classes were traditional. He
progressed to the rank of 1st Gup Colored Belt. While
preparing for his 1st Degree Black Belt he experienced
one of the many relocations in his professional career.
He continued to practiced other martial arts but 10
years passed before he had opportunity to join another
traditional TKD association; this time with the
American TKD Association. He progressed to the rank
of 1st Degree Black Belt and started his two sons in
traditional martial arts. In 2003 another relocation
occurred which brought him to the Moo Duk Kwan
Association under Grandmaster Sok Ho Kang. He and
his sons have obtained Black Belt rank within this
excellent association that they feel fortunate and proud
to be part of.          

Name: Blake Rowan
Rank: 2nd Degree Black Belt
Year Started: 1997
Black Belt Number: 519
Pastimes: TKD, Spending Time with Family, Billiards
Bio: Blake has been in Tae Kwon Do for over 11 years.  
He has continuously helped the school through
instruction and support.  Blake is the divorced father of
three children who all were in Tae Kwon Do.  His
children, John, Tommy and Jenny, were all in Tae
Kwon Do before he started.  John and Tommy both
achieved their black belts in Tae Kwon Do.  Blake
decided to join and soon obtained his black belt as
well.  He is currently a 2nd Degree Black Belt and
continues to help teach and run the school. He says
the best part is
holding boards for the students in class
and seeing the look in their eyes when they break.

Name: Ryan Fluder     
Rank: 2nd Degree Black Belt
Year Started: 2003
Bio: Ryan Fluder started taking Tae Kwon Do at S. H.
Kang's Tae Kwon Do Academy with his father, Joe
Fluder, and his brother. He obtained the rank of 2nd
Degree Black Belt on April 4th, 2009. He has given
great support to the Parkersburg Branch School
through instructing others and leading by example.




Name: Tim Cross       
Rank: 2nd Degree Black Belt
Year Started: 2003
Black Belt Number: 708
Pastimes: Muzzle Load Hunting and Leather Craft
Bio: Tim Cross started Tae Kwon Do at age 48. He was
looking for an exercise program that he could stick
with; wanting to avoid the monotonous, repetitive
routine of exercise gyms and weight loss programs. In
Tae Kwon Do he has found the regimen that he needed
along with a stick-to-itivness that comes from the
continual learning and growing process, a basic nature
of the art that is not found in the aforementioned
programs. He has two grown, married children, one
grandchild with another on the way. He has worked as
a freight car repairman for CSX Railroad (formally B&O)
for thirty years and is looking forward to retirement. He
is also active in the bus ministry and Sunday school at
Landmark Baptist Church.

Name: Joanne Winter
Rank: 1st Degree Black Belt
Year Started: 2006
Pastimes: Tae Kwon Do, Working Out, Gardening
Bio: Joanne started Tae Kwon Do at the age of 48.  She
enjoys both the exercise she get from TKD as well as
how it keeps the mind sharp because it is a continuous
learning experience. She has worked for the Federal
Government for 33 years at the Bureau of the Public
Debt and holds the position of a Lead Information
Technology Specialist.   She is the proud mother of
one grown son who lives in Columbus, Ohio.  She is
looking forward to retirement in a few years so that she
can devote more time to Tae Kwon Do and her other
hobbies.

Name: Donna Hart
Rank: 1st Degree Black Belt
Year Started: 2005
Pastimes: Making Jewelry, Crafting, Sewing, Camping
and Shopping
Bio: Donna started martial arts in Florida in 2005 at the
age of 57. She thought this would be something fun to
do. She likes working out and finds TKD both
physically and mentally challenging.  She is retired
from GE and she and her husband are "Florida
Snowbirds" each year from January  to April.  She also
has two wonderful adult "kids"  who support her in her
TKD journey, as does her 11 year old grandson.  She
looks forward to helping others learn about
themselves and what Tae Kwon Do can do for them.
