The Ohio Valley Taekwondo Academy is a branch of S.H. Kang's Taekwondo Association. The school is under the direction of Master Ben Rush, 5th degree black belt. Master Rush has over 25 years of experience under Grandmaster Sok Ho Kang and Master Chuck Hannah.  Master Rush draws on the experience and knowledge of senior association masters within the school including his master instructor Master Chuck Hannah 7th dan and association head instructor, Master Rick Lykins 7th dan and assistant association head instructor, Master Mike Haught 6th dan, and Master Rick Zickefoose 5th dan.

   The Ohio Valley Taekwondo Academy is a school that teaches both the martial science and art traditional Moo Duk Kwan Taekwondo. In this age of turmoil, it is important that one maintain a strength within one's self (mental strength as well as physical strength) so that one can cope with obstacles and difficulties in life more successfully.

   We sincerely hope that this school will serve our community as an important institution where the virtues of the martial arts are taught and reinforced, including self-discipline, respect, concentration and competition. Finally, the instruction at The Ohio Valley Taekwondo Academy is constantly directed toward that attainment of inner peace and tranquility within one's self, which we hope will help us to develop harmony and peace with our fellow man.

   We are located at 1601 Grand Central Avenue, Suite 11 in Vienna, WV, inside of Sherry's Custom Fitness under Mattress Max.
